One evening, three problems.

Needs you: Court 3 at 6:00 pm holds the Hendersons' doubles and a ladder match, with a free court offered.
Needs you: two members waiting for a prime-time court.
Needs you: the 7:00 pm beginner clinic has no coach.
From the sample dashboard, Dink District’s Thursday.

  1. 4:12 pm

Two bookings land on Court 3

Rally flags the clash at once, with the courts still free at 6:00.

  2. 5:30 pm

Two members wait for prime time

They queue in the order they asked, so the next opening has an owner.

  3. 5:45 pm

The 7:00 coach calls in sick

Hand the clinic to a free coach, or cancel it and refund the nine players.
