Rally runs pickleball clubs with 1 to 12 courts. Bookings, open play, leagues, clinics, the waitlist, check-ins and payments all live on one board, and Rally flags a clash before your players walk in.
Court 3 is double-booked at 6:00 pm. The Hendersons’ doubles and a ladder match both hold it. Court 6 is free from 6:00 to 7:30.
Move the ladder match to Court 6, 6:00–7:00 pm? Rally tells all four ladder players. The Hendersons keep Court 3.
Fixed. The ladder match is on Court 6, and Ruiz, Patel, Kim and O’Neal have been told. That took two clicks.
Three things went wrong at Dink District today before the evening rush. Each one reached the manager with the answer already worked out.
The Hendersons booked Court 3 back on October 14. On Monday the ladder put Round 4 in the same slot. Rally caught the overlap and found Court 6 sitting empty after a cancellation.
Six beginners are enrolled. Rally lists which coaches are free from 7:00 to 8:30 and asks one to cover. If nobody can, it drafts the cancellation and the refunds.
An unpaid hold on Court 2 lets go at 5:00 pm. Rally offers the court to the first member on the waitlist whose window fits, and the next one waits for the next opening.
One system for the whole club day, built around courts, sessions and players rather than generic resources.
