Court bookings, open play, waitlists, leagues, clinics, check-in and payments, for pickleball clubs with 1 to 12 courts.
Bookings, open play, ladders and clinics on one sheet. When two land on the same court, or a coach drops out, the row turns yellow and says what to do. Open any row.
Rally replaces the whiteboard, the group text and the spreadsheet. Everything a club manager does from 6 am to 10 pm sits on one screen.
See a club’s dayMembers book up to seven days ahead from their phone. You set prime-time rates, guest fees and how long a booking can run.
Sessions by rating with a paddle stack on the phone. When a court frees up, the next member waiting gets a text.
On Pro and Network. Ladders schedule their own matches and flag a clash with a member booking before anyone drives over.
On Pro and Network. When a coach calls in sick, Rally shows who is free to cover and texts the class either way.
Players check in at the desk tablet or with a QR code. Cards are charged at booking, and no-show fees are charged on their own.
Rally is sized for the clubs pickleball actually has: a single court in a converted building, a park’s lit row of four, a complex that runs from dawn to ten at night.

Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card. Prices are per club, per month, in US dollars.

No. You get 14 days of Pro with no card on file. At the end, pick a plan or let the trial lapse; nothing is charged either way.
Any space you book on its own. A tennis court lined for two pickleball courts counts as two. Courts you only use for events can be hidden from members.
First come, first offered. When a court frees up for an hour someone is waiting on, Rally texts them and holds the court for 30 minutes, then offers it to the next member.
The clinic turns yellow on your board. Rally lists the coaches who are free and qualified, texts the one you choose, and if nobody can cover, refunds the class in one step.
Yes, from the Rally app or your club’s booking page. They see open courts, join open play, pay, and check in with a QR code at the desk.
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of members and future bookings and Rally places them on the court sheet. On Network, a named person does the import with you.
No. Card payments run through Stripe at Stripe’s standard rates, and Rally adds nothing on top. Payouts reach your bank every weekday.
Change plans from settings at any time. The difference is prorated to the day, and your members, bookings and history stay where they are.

Set up your courts, prices and members in an afternoon. 14 days free, no card needed, cancel from settings.
