Questions club managers ask us

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. You get all features of the plan you pick for 14 days. We'll remind you before the trial ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Can I bring my members and bookings from another system?

Yes. Upload a CSV of members, memberships and future bookings. On Pro and Network we'll do the import with you on a call.

Do my players need to download an app?

No. Players book courts, join open play and waitlists, and pay from your club's booking page in any phone browser.

What happens if I add courts later?

Switch plans anytime from Settings. Moving from Club to Pro takes effect right away and we prorate the difference.

We have more than 12 courts at one location. Is Rally right for us?

Rally is designed for clubs with 1 to 12 courts per location. If you're bigger than that, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
