Questions club managers ask us
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You get all Pro features for 14 days. Near the end of the trial we ask which plan you want. If you don't choose one, your account is paused and nothing is charged.
Can I bring over my members and existing bookings?
Yes. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet of members and future bookings, and Rally flags any overlaps before anything goes live. Most clubs are running within an afternoon.
What happens if I add courts and outgrow my plan?
Club covers up to 4 courts and Pro up to 12. When you add a court beyond your plan's limit, we'll ask you to upgrade, and the price difference is prorated for the rest of the month.
How does the waitlist decide who gets a court?
First in line, first offered, limited to members whose requested time matches the court that opened. Offers hold the court for 30 minutes, and you can require manager approval for prime-time offers.
How do members pay?
Members save a card in the Rally app. Bookings, drop-ins, clinics, league dues and guest fees are charged to it, and payouts go straight to your club's bank account.
