Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days with everything on your plan, no card needed. At the end, pick a plan to keep going — if you don't, nothing is charged.
We have 6 courts. Which plan is right?
Pro. Club covers up to 4 courts; Pro covers up to 12 and adds leagues, ladders and clinics. If you run more than one location, look at Network.
Can I bring over my members and existing bookings?
Yes. Import members from a spreadsheet, then add your recurring bookings, open play sessions and programs. Most clubs are taking bookings on Rally the same week.
What happens if something gets booked on top of something else?
Rally blocks overlapping bookings when members book. If a league or ladder schedule is published over existing bookings, each conflict shows up on your dashboard with a suggested fix — like an open court that fits.
How does the waitlist work?
Members join with the time window they want. When a matching court opens up, Rally offers it to the first member in line by text and email. You can also offer a slot manually from the dashboard.
