Every court full. Nobody double‑booked.

Rally runs court bookings, open play, leagues, clinics, waitlists, check-ins and payments for pickleball clubs with 1 to 12 courts, so your front desk stops living in spreadsheets and group texts.

No card needed. 14 days free. Plans from $29/mo.

Built for the 6 pm rush

The hard part of running a club isn't the slow hours.

It's prime time, when every court is spoken for and one mistake means four players standing at a net with nowhere to play. Rally watches for those moments and tells you what to do about them.

Open play in a full hall: every court taken, the next four already waiting at the side.

Double bookings, caught before anyone shows up

Rally flags a conflict the moment it happens and shows you the open court to move one group to. One tap, and both groups get a text. Try it: move the ladder match.

Court 3 is booked twiceCourt 3 is sorted

Thu, Oct 22, 6:00–7:30 pm. Henderson doubles booked first, on Oct 14.

Ladder round 6 plays on

Court 6 is the only court free at 6:00 pm. Moved. Priya and Dev were texted; the Hendersons keep Court 3.

Late changes, handled

A waitlist that fills itself

When someone cancels, Rally offers the court to the next member in line. If they don't claim it, it moves down the list. No phone tag.

Coach out? Sub in a few taps

See which coaches are free, hand the clinic to a sub and tell every enrolled player, or cancel and refund the whole class at once.

Heard at the front desk

Questions club managers ask us.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign up with your email, set up your courts and try everything for 14 days. You only add a card if you decide to keep going.

What happens when the 14 days are up?

Pick the plan that fits your club to keep going. Since there's no card on file, you're never charged by surprise.

Which plan is right for my club?

Count your courts and think about what you run. Club covers up to 4 courts with bookings, open play, the waitlist, check-ins and payments. If you have more courts, or you run leagues, ladders or clinics, choose Pro. If you operate more than one location, choose Network.

We're adding courts next year. What then?

Move from Club to Pro when you go past 4 courts. Your members, bookings and history come with you.

Is Rally only for indoor clubs?

No. Indoor, outdoor or a mix: you set each court's hours, surface and lighting, and book them the same way.

Try Rally on your busiest night.
